Could a SCAR 17 owner slap a SCAR 17 BCG, stock, and lower on it with a MK20 barrel and rock on?

The mk20/20s barrel extension is different than the 17s. 3 screws per side instead of 2. The lower, bcg, stocks, etc are all the same and compatible. But the barrel and upper receiver are different. So you need the upper receiver and barrel to then swap your 17s lower, stock, and bcg into
