There should be Allen screws you loosen up to be able to spin your turret back to zero

Depends on which model. The newer varible powers have allens on the sides you loosen and turn the knob to "0". The older ones and fixed powers have allens on top of the turret. Loosen them about a turn or two BUT DO NOT REMOVE THEM. Then hold the knob top to prevent it from turning while rotating the center numbered part to "0". It will give a clicking sound. Retighten screws and check zero to make sure you did it right. Call Chris @ Valdada Optics and I'll bet they can send you a owners manual.
