My new build from GAP will be a Rem. 700 action with a #7 contour barrel, Badger base and rings. Rings will be the standard height. For a scope I'm leaning towards a Leupold Mk4 4.5-14x50. I've done some checking and the ring height is correct for this scope.
With this setup will I have enough clearance between the barrel and the objective end of the scope to be able to fit on a Butler Creek cap?
