Good evening all
Looking at getting a Spuhr one piece mount for my 300 wm. I have a 20 Moa rail I am going with the NF 7x35. Should I get a med or high mount with a 3 to 9 mil mount

The height will depend on your rifle. You can get away with a lower mount on a 700 style rifle with a short rail, the 1.18” will clear a 56mm objective. You will need to be taller if going on an AX or other rifle with a full length rail, I believe the 1.35” is the recommended minimum. The 3mil will give you 30moa total. Plenty for your WM and a 100yd zero.
