I got my 1.8-10x37 TPal yesterday, what an impressive optic. Absolutely love it and think it will be perfect on the Mk12 Mod0.

Only problem is my rings just barely dont get the scope high enough to clear the ARMs 40 rear flip sight. I mean barely. It is almost close enough that I could remove a bit of material from the BUIS and roll with it. But, I really dont want to. Is there a QD ring from LaRue that is a tiny bit taller?

Re: Scope not clearing BUIS on Mk12

Not sure what size your optic is, but for my Millett scope I had to use the SPR 1.93 mount from Larue for it to clear a BUIS.

Here is a link to it on his site. http://stores.homestead.com/Laruetactical/Detail.bok?no=67

BTW, I'm not using this optic anymore and was just about to put the mount up for sale, if you're interested, let me know, [email protected]. Its basically brand new, I'd sell it for $175 shipped. Its for a 30mm tube.

Good luck </div></div>

That is what I did. Got out the Dremel and basically just barely removed the anodizing on a very small portion of the ARMs 40. Now it fits like a glove. RR and pics coming this weekend. I am in love with this rifle and scope. From a build quality/aesthetic point of view, the 1.8 TPal is the nicest USO I have had yet. I am not sure what the difference is, but it appears USO has stepped up its game.
