Scope on a CZ 455

I just bought a new CZ 455 trainer I want to install a scope it will be a Nikon pro staff with 40 mm bell which rings will i need low medium or tall. do I need to remove the rear sight.

My guess would be low rings. I've used Seekins low on both a Nightforce 50mm and Steiner 50mm

I’ve used low on a 40mm and have been just fine. I have mediums on my CZ 455 now with a 40mm and even with the lens caps there’s still a gap
