Scope ring height

I have a long action impact nbk on the way and a proof 7prc carbon prefit barrel. Was wondering those with mark 5 hd 5-25 scopes what height scope rings would be appropriate? Was looking at the area 419 match rings and they either come in 28 or 32mm height. Any insights would probably save me some money.

Am using 419 match rings on my ZCO sitting on a CZ457. Medium height no issues, could probably go low but they don’t make those for ZCO.

The ring are beautifully machined like everything 419 makes. The bare metal and guide pin are also very nice.
