Probably could add a few others to that list but as others pointed out, it depends.

If you are asking for my personal opinion, I will say Spuhr are the best. My reasoning is because I love the design, and the inherent strength of them. I also really like the fact that there is a bubble level in the base of the rear ring. I can use my left eye to check for level as I’m on gun without breaking my cheek weld.
I know others use and recommend Badger, NightForce, and some others. I’m a huge Spuhr fan.

For mounts, Spuhr or Geiselle.
