Scope tracking tables let’s see em

Here is the sled we made.
It is a 5x5 tube 18" long with Concrete fill. It weights 45lbs.
Here is the rail we used. Rail Section

If I changed one thing, I would put 2 leveling bolts rather than 4. One in the front center then 2 on the rear corners.

I looked at the one they made. It's well built and very nice. I was able to get all of the material for free and I enjoy doing projects like this.
I get it, I personally feel $400 is a bit steep for these, but there is a lot of extra touches here and there that add cost. Extra machining (logos), cerakote, etc... It wouldn’t be a bad example to pattern your own off of. I’ve used this one, it works great. I think the basic principle of mounting a flat pic rail to a heavy as shit chunk of metal, that you can finely adjust the position of, will work out. No need to put canted rail on it.

Looking for a 0 moa rail. Can't find one locally so I used one I had for a remington 700 la.

I too was taken a bit aback by the Price of the TargetUSA fixture....but, a friend of mine has one so I borrowed it and it is indeed very well made and finished. It worked well.

But, I don't see any functional advantage over the DIY ones shown here.

Three points to level is the way to go for sure. I was toying with mine and probably should have gone that route to. It looks good, nice craftsmanship.
I really need to get a 0 moa rail to simplify things on the one I made.

Thanks and pretty simple and inexpensive to make. Most expensive parts were the adjustment screws which I bought from PMA Tools with the total cost less than a $100. Couple of hours of shop time and it was done. It also works for leveling scopes.
