Rifle Scopes Scope tunneling and Change of eye relief?

Have been wondering which scopes tunnel and change eye relief when the magnification is adjusted. I have a few Leupold's: one mark 4, two mark AR's, and one vx3. I know for a fact all of there scopes tunnel and change eye relief when you turn-up the magnification. I recently bought an IOR 3.5x18x50 and this scope does not tunnel or change eye relief when magnification is adjusted . I have very limited exposure to hi-end scopes and wondered what other scopes do not tunnel or change eye relief? The change in eye relief is the thing I hate the most about my Leupold's.

My leupy mark 6 is very good with eye relief. Or perhaps I just don't notice, but I wouldn't have bought a leupy in the past.... The mark 6 is a big step from the 'old' leupold. I don't notice any significant change in any of my higher end optics (steiner, premier)

Steiners have consistent eye relief at all powers.
