The opinion used all kinds of hazy new language that will allow the Progressive lower courts to play games with Bruen for a looong time. Next fights will be about what constitutes a "clear" threat and if the "threat" part can be established ex-parte (with no warning to the poor bastard accused of domestic abuse).
