Secondary Security measure stopped working?

I noticed from last Sunday that I couldn't get into the hide. When I logged in, it would take 4 or 5 hours to get the 2ndary security code in an email. By the time I got in, the code wouldn't work.

Then this morning, now it just logs me in without the code.

They disabled 2FA until the email issues are resolved
