Just a refresher- not the first of the nation wide DUI for profit arrests but one of the first ones to work its way through the Justice industry .

Kids life has been fucked up since 2022 over this fucking bullshit .
Now his charges have been dropped and the pigs that did this stripped of qualified immunity.

License temporary suspension, fucked up his scholarships , cost employment and I can’t imagine what his legal bills have been the last 3 years .

So some pigs can get free pizza of gift cards for hitting that quota

The local Police Chief needs to never be allowed to work in LE again
Those who were providing the police with free stuff for their "DUI" arrests need to be arrested and sent to prison for conspiracy to violate the civil rights of citizens.

One way they tried to protect themselves from losing qualified immunity- was the totality of the “circumstances” because he was chewing gum and had a air freshener in his car he must have been drunk and or high.

Let that sink in k in - gum and an air freshener totally justified what they did to this 19 year old kid to destroy his life since 2022.

Any of you ever chewed gum or hung an air freshener in your car/truck. How about your wives or kids ?

This seem to be a common prevention/ defense . The notion that because some people drive while high hen everyone should be suspected of doing so and arrested with no evidence to that fact .
Across the nation so far none of these several thousand sober DUI arrests - all the ones who have had charges dropped and are now suing the jurisdictions that violated their right have been positive for any drugs or alcohol.
Not one - so while someone may be driving high and not drunk , one would have to have some evidence of that to arrest them.
Or just really really want the Amazon gift card for making quota

if "they" have their way, we will have drug reader chips in our bodies that they can scan (if they don't transmit) so "they" will know if we take a drink, or smoke some pot, or take a pill....they might start with vaccine detection, although i think they fucked up that plan with the clotshots.

Well for now “they” can save the money on tech and development of “chipped pills and drink and weed” cause they are just arresting random folk for random crime of DUI that they did not commit .

A week or 3 ago I posted about the FBI investigating the false dui arrests in FL- and the Lakeland FL deputy that pulled over the FBI agent and in like 15 seconds of the stop accused him of being g drunk and or high .
It would be hilarious if it wasn’t so sad .
