Offering a S&W 1911 E (series 70 internals) that has had custom work. All work done by a very respected and experienced local custom 1911 smith. Includes: replaced internal parts with tool steel parts, trigger job, medium trigger, a full length steel guide rod, match bushing and Kart barrel, Chen flat checkered magwell blended to frame, Techwell magwell with VZ grips and wedge main spring housing (currently on gun), all rough edges removed, Cerakote black slide, Dawson Precision black rear and fiber optic front sight, (7) Kobra 8 round 1911 mags and (6) Kobra 10 round mags, set of VZ grips for Chen Magwell, factory grips, Blade-Tech 1911 holster, USPSA belt size 36-38, (5) Blade-tech 1911 mag pouches (1) milt sparks single 1911 mag pouch and a Kydex IWB holster (MS mag pouch and IWB holster not pictured).
This gun flat outs shoots. The Kart barrel was properly fitted to the slide and frame so that it locks up on the lugs (not the link) and hood contacts slide breachface. Trigger is at 2.5-3lbs. Beavertail grip safety is operational. I’ve NEVER had a malfunction with this gun. Ran 230gr FMJ (USPSA major 165 power factor reload) and 230gr Fed HST through it. Used it for USPSA 1911 division and carry. Has approximately 800 rounds through it. Minor handling marks from use. Well maintained. Very smooth, accurate and utterly reliable. Only selling because I’m 57 and my eyes are shot. I have to now use a dot and I don’t care for dots mounted on 1911s.
All the above for $1600 FTF transfer in MA (EFA10) with valid LTC in Westfield area or will ship from my FFL to yours for $1650. This is a smoking deal for an incredible pistol with lots of top tier accessories. I don’t will to split this up, selling as a package. The only thing I’m willing to keep (separate) is the USPSA belt if not your size or not needed. I also have .45acp reloading supplies (primers, brass, bullets, powder) for the buyer we can work into a deal if needed. Powder and primers would be for local pick up.
Trade:
Gunwerks Revic BLR10b LRF binos with added $ from me.
Impact action / barreled action with $ on either end.
Happy to answer any questions. Personal inspections or FaceTime calls also fine.
Thanks for looking,
Nick
