And because he didn’t kick tribute back up the food chain the feds came down on him - but not to hard , being on drugs , having narcotics and stolen guns - high while speeding in a county car while on duty - and he won’t do a day in jail ! Sounds right and fair - just what would happen to any average Joe that just bought mass quantities of OxyContin- while himself high, while on duty . Same same

The crafty mother fucker used co-op food drives / deliveries to the areas poor and homeless to drop off / pick up drugs . What a bag of shit - and he’s already pled guilty to some of these charges to get his suspended sentence sweetheart deal!
