Sounds like there was a deputy taking advantage of woman multiple times in the judges chambers over several months.
Deputy tampering with the woman’s ankle monitor.
Deputy got a slap on the wrist.
Sheriff fired deputy.

A thinking person would conclude the Sheriff thought it was worth it.
So I'mma going with the judge was diddling someone close to the Sheriff.
