Hi, Newbie from Australia here, simple question really. The range I shoot at has a max of 600meters, which Im happy with. I have an Accuracy International AT in .308W with a 26" 1 in 12 twist barrel. It has a Hensoldt 4-16 x 56 FF scope.
a) What brand or weight prodgie would you suggest for reloads?
b) What store brought ammo brand and weight would you suggest?
Cheers,
Kim.

Intended use will drive the answers, but probably something in the 168gn range. Not sure what you can get your hands on there, but some federal gold medal match 168s is always a safe starting bet.

Any quality bullet in the 155 to 178 grain range.

Don't over think this.....

168 or 175 smks; FGMM or Black Hills Match with either bullet will also work well. Most Berger and Hornady bullets 160-185g will also work

In my opinion at that distance it absolutely does not matter what projectile weight you use. All of them can easily hit a target at that distance.

In other words add more criteria because the real answer to which one is "yes".
