I wanted to give a shout out for excellent customer service at Shootsteel.com
I ordered some targets and made a goof in applying a discount code. I contacted them via message on the site and they promptly issued a partial refund that equated to the discount. It seems like a simple thing and yet so many vendors struggle with it.
