Range Report Shot groups and fps from 223 DT

I was able to get some groups and velocity from a few 223 loads yesterday.
Firearm was a DT with a SAC 223 20" conversion and OpsInc 12th model can. I only shot 5 rounds of each when I chronoed it. Chronograph was a Magneto Speed. Groups were shot with magnetospeed mounted. Used a Harris bipod for front rest, no rear rest. I am pretty rusty, most of the groups could be tightened up.

Federal XM193 averaged 3336 fps.
Mal M193 averaged 3286 fps. SD was only 14 ( I should have wrote all the SD down. Some of the "better" ammo had high SD)
Hornady Superperformance 53 gr Vmax averaged 3285 fps.
Hornady brown box 55 gr Vmax averaged 3030 fps.
Hornady Red box TAP 60 gr Vmax averaged 2986 fps.
Hornady Zombie Max 55 gr Vmax averaged 3021 fps.
American Eagle 50 gr "Tipped Varmint" averaged 3056 fps. (Group from this is not shown)

What is the twist rate?

Just looked it is a 7.7. Also it is 20" long. Not 18
