Shot Groups From my Savage 12 LRP 260

I was not sure where to post this question so I figured that this would be a good place to start. I went out shooting a couple of weeks ago to test some loads that I put together for my Savage 12 LRP 260. I shot a 5 shot group with 39 grns. of Rl-17 and then I shot a 5 shot group with 39 grns. of IMR 4350. Here are the groups below. My question is what am I doing to cause the fliers? Both of the fliers were my first shot of each group and they ended up almost in the same place for each group. I am shooting 140 grn. Bergers with both loads, everything is the same except for the powder.

If both were bold bore, that could be your problem.

They were not cold bore, I had shot another 5 shot group just minutes before. Thanks.
