Should I resize

Pulled a bunch of rounds that were 144 Berger Hybrids in Virgin Lapua brass. I pulled the rounds and want to reload them with Berger 140s. Will the neck tension be terrible if I just reloaded or do I need to resize? With new lapua brass I just open box and reload, not sure how much already seating a bullet will matter? Thanks in advance for help

See if a bullet will drop in under its own weight or can be pushed into the case with minimal force. My guess is it will and you will have to resize. I always resize after pulling as it eliminates any variance or potential issues

You’ll have some neck tension, but not much. Resize.

Resize. Pull your decapping pin and you can skip priming.
