I wanted to give a shout out to Lilja Barrels customer service. I had a 22LR Lilja barrel and it never performed as expected from a barrel of this reputation and cost. It shot around a MOA but never under. I tried at least 20 different ammos including the high end stuff. I even had others shoot it in case it was me. Finally I contacted Lilja to see what they could do. Carson Lilja responded and talked with me through the problem. I ended up sending them the barrel. Apparently it slugged (I don't actually know what this means) poorly, so they relapped it. I had the barrel back in 2 weeks. The results speak for themselves. I'm supremely happy with the service I received. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
