In Jan.24, I bought a couple of SkeetIRx’s. I have been using them as HMTs and have been extremely happy with them. A couple of weeks back I noticed that one of the units display / screen had a small half moon missing from the left edge. So after immediately checking my purchase date against my warranty period, I discovered I had one week remaining in the 1 year warranty. So I contacted Trijicon, and they Shined!
Within an hour I had an email with a UPS shipping label. Two days after receipt of the SkeetIR, I had a diagnosed failing display. One day later I received an email with my tracking information for my returned SkeetIR. Literally had a fully repaired SkeetIR in my hands within 7 Days!
