Just before I sell for what I can get for them, a Sig2400BDX & Garmin 701.
Does anybody have a fix for the connectivity issues that plague the 2 units?
I have had them both for over 3 years and every time I go to use them I have to reset, not soft reset but hard reset the 701 to get the drops appear in the Sig.
I have the latest firmware I assume? As both don't want to update when connected to the Sig app or Garmin connect.
The only way to get the sig to display the drops from the 701 is a hard reset on the 701, which is a pain as I then have to re-populate the units, pages, connections etc.
The range appears on the 701 but no drops are sent to the Sig unless the 701 is reset every time it is turned on.
I shoot comps which are really tight on time and just being able to laser a target and see the drops in seconds is why I went with the combination.
Is there a rangefinder that does drops out to 1500 reliably?
Cheers
