Sig Kilo 2400abs issue

Hey guys,

Looking for some ideas/guidance here. I've got a Kilo 2400abs. To this point, it's been my favorite rangefinder. Pulled it out a few months ago to range targets for the students like I do any other day and the thing wouldn't range past 400m. I've hit up Sig 3 times in the past 3 or 4 months about it and have received zero response. Their warranty is supposed to be the cats ass so I'm at a loss here. Help me out, what would you do? Anyone have any trouble shooting options i don't know about?

Am I wrong or misled about their warranty?

I have a similar issue with my 2200MR not ranging at distance. 2 guys I was shooting with had lesser and older models and had no trouble at all ranging the exact same targets. Was just planning to send it back and see what they will do?

What number did you call? I had a problem with the "level Plex" feature of a BDX scope. I called the number a really nice guy answered the phone told him my problem had a shipping label emailed to me 5 min after I got off the phone and my scope back within a week. I believe this is the number I called. tel: 603-610-3000.

I had a similar issue a while back and Sig replaced the rangefinder. It just happened out of the blue, but Sig was good about it.

Update,

Was sitting down to call @gr8fuldoug the other day and Sig called me (must've finally gotten to one of my emails). 5 minutes after the phone call, I had a 2-day shipping label in my email. Gentleman on the phone told me that once they have it, I should have it fixed or replaced and back to me in less than two weeks.
