Please tell me if I barking up the wrong tree. I will soon be in the market for a 220, but I want to get the .22 conversion kit. I just won't be able to afford burning off .45 rounds practicing as much as I would like. However I heard that the conversion kits don't lock back after the last round in the mag. So my question is, do I buy the p220 in dedicated .22 and get .45 cal conversion kit for it or won't it make a difference. Any pros or cons?In all honesty I will keep it setup as .45 for home defense, but put more .22s down range. I will always send some .45 s down range whenever I take it to practice though, but maybe only 2 or 3 mags depending on cash at the time. Thanks in advance for the help.
