I have a Sig Romeo 1 red dot mounted on my EDC P320 pistol and recently discovered that the glass window that the red dot projects onto was severely cracked with a small piece actually missing from it. I honestly don't have a clue as to how this happened. I don't remember dropping my pistol or striking it on anything. I have been carryng this pistol/sight combo for about two years with over 2500 rounds down the pipe. I called Sig Sauer customer service this morning and spoke to Cam to see if it was worth repairing or to just toss it. He stated that Sig would warranty it even if I had hit it with a hammer. A prepaid Fedex shipping label was in my email inbox before the call ended. Awesome!
