Sight/Scope height

How close do you need to be when entering scope height above the bore in Ballistic Apps? I get 1.968 and 1.954 (.014”) difference depending on how I measure it. I think this also has a little bit to do with the 20 moa rail. I’m probably being to anal about it but this is precision rifle and I’m a precision machinist so I’m trying to get it perfect. FYI, this is my first precision rifle so I’m still learning.

tenths. Hundredths if you're worried. Thousandths if you're OCD about things that don't matter.
