Sightron has finally updated their excellent SIII line to be more competitive.
For those that don't know, Sightron has been a favorite of many of the benchrest and f class types because of the high quality, but no frills approach.
They have very good glass, an excellent reputation for tracking, but have been limited.
They came out with the excellent SV 4.5-24, but that has been suspended for now, they are redesigning the internals/zero stop feature.
What WILL be released sometime this summer is the new SIII Precision Long range series, featuring new reticles, illumination, 10 mil turrets (or 20 MOA) and an internal zero stop.
I really like their products, they seem to have finally gotten the idea that there is a cross over market between tactical shooters and target shooters.
Here is a link to the 6-24, they also have an 8-32 and a 10-50 for you magnification whores.
