Site Archive? IS there one?

Hi there, glad to be here. My question is, is there some kind of site archive or something? Because I will search yahoo for say 'Alco Bullets' and a result will come up for SnipersHide.
Ok kewl so I sign up, log in, and use the search function, (because the yahoo link will only take me to the snipershide home page) and the search brings up next to nothing. And definitely doesnt bring up what yahoo was hitting on.

Also curious how to use the search function? There are probably lot's of topics that have been covered, that would be easier to read up on, instead of starting new threads. Thanks!

The short answer is No, there is no site archive. There are some threads with great information on common topics that are "Sticky" threads, meaning that they are pinned to the top of a specific sub-forum.

As to the Search function, if you are having the problem that the OP states, use the drop-down box on the search and choose Advanced Search. Then walk through the options and search on the same string that gave you results on Yahoo or another search engine. If that topic is actually located on this version of the forum, you should get good results. If the information you were looking for happened to be on the Scout version of SH, then you are likely SOL, as that info is gone unless you can find a cached page.
