I don't think it has anything to do with "discouragement" from the site or hmfic.

I'll have days where it will time out on loading SH. Pornhub loads right up. SH not so much. If anything it's the fed bois fucking with you.

The site is currently having some issues with slowness and threads not fully loading so isn't that.

If you look at the OP's post date and their last post date you can see the effect. Not banned but "discouraged" from being here.
