I just wanted everone to see how my SK std+ sorted out. This is 100 rounds and the next 400 were just about the same. It is in .1gr increments.

each tray of 50 is a different weight? each vertical line is a different weight? is there a perceived difference in accuracy with a difference of only .1gr, or does it take .3 or .4 gr difference to show up on paper? I'm about to start the same process.

    Re: SK weight sort

Each vetical line is a .1gr increment. I have not shot it since sorting it. I shoots ok not sorted but one group would be 1/2" and the next one would be 2" and almost all of the spread was vertical.

it should help with groups / consistancy, and then you'll come across that "magic weight lot" that'll do better than the others

the thing that sucks is only wieghing a few boxes at a time, you may find that the best wieght lot out of your rifle is the one that has the least rounds in it.

My experience with Wolf MT (which is the same as the SK) is that it is much more consistent than that...... 1/2" to 2" groups is wildly inconsistent. Nothing wrong with the rifle?

    Re: SK weight sort

Yeah with my luck it will probably be the smallest lot...

I am fairly sure there is nothing wrong with my gun. I have 4 different barrels for my Quad, 2 Rocks done by Chad and 2 factory ones. They all have similar restults.

This is the only ammo that I have really shot a lot out of this rifle. I have shot other brands by not a lot. I'm not trying to say that it shoots bad, just not really consistant, yet.

I have a couple cases of Win super match and a case of Tenex I will try in the future out of this rifle. I would imagine the Tenex will be the one to measure the rest against.

Here are some 50yd groups that it shot with SK std+ before I put the Nightforce on it. POA was the center of the orange dot except the smallest one with they POA was the line intersection at the top of the quarter.
