Very light use. Includes all hardware, anti rotation tab, barrel nut, and wrench. All the hardware and nut are new (I bought a new SLR handguard and just used the old stuff for my build).
If you're running an 11.5" barrel, this gives you about 1/8" - 1/4" gap to the brake (looks smooth with a can).
