It's a standard 1913 Picatinny rail, so you should be good to go.
Be aware that there are higher and lower quality carry handles, varying from $40-90 in price.
Also, the actual sight parts vary from coarser to finer adjustments, important mainly on match guns.

Oh ok thanks. Yea he said he had it on his 15-22 when he
bought it so I wasnt sure if they had different adjustments
or were fixed for the .22
Yea I've seen prices of other Carry handles. I was just
wondering how much Smith and Wesson one went for so I make
sure what he offered was a decent price for it. I know maker
can change price in a major way. I just didn't want to pay
BCM or Colt price for a NcStar or Double Star handle.
