I am fresh out of ideas for upcoming sniper trainings. Does anyone have any suggestions about creative sniper training courses? Can shoot up to 300 yards, moving or non-moving targets, and so on. Appreciate all the input I can get. Thanks in advance

Advanced training is simply proper and repeated application of the fundamentals, usually with time limits. When in a rut, go back to drilling the basics: NPA, trigger, breathing, positions. Then, shoot Jeff Cooper's Rifle Bounce as a competition between the team members.

I would do this.
Get mechanical offset's to 100yds.
Shoot Point blank ZERO's on 8" targets
Do a positional drill @ 200yds. 2x Offhand, 2x sitting 1x prone in the same grouping. Smallest group wins and the sniper does not have to ________________??????
