Thanks for the photos.

Congrats to the winners of the match and the prizes. It was a pleasure to meet everyone there and shoot along side you all. I am very happy to have gotten the opportunity to shoot with and meet the soldiers from 1st Ranger Battalion, very good shooters and great guys. They are what America wants and needs a soldier to be. "...though I be the lone survivor."

Special thanks to the crew at Rifles Only: Jacob and Lisa, Frank, Lindy, John, and everyone else behind the scenes. Top knotch event. FNH is excited about being just a small part of it.

I would like to comment on a stellar performance by Ben. On Moving Chaos - 5 small targets at ranges from 545 yards to 210 yards, 2 of which are moving - Action Guy cleaned it in 5 shots in 28 seconds and some loose change. It's the Rifles Only record for that drill.

Damn good shooting Ben! I expect to see the suppressor on the next go around.

I had a hell of a time at Rifles Only, and it's folks like Ben, K. Darnell, Ninja Pirtle, and the RO/SH crew that make it so much fun. Thanks to everyone for the advice and pointers.

I've also learned that night shooting with a light bar on a squad car is enough to make me go Grand Mal. That's no joke, and you LEO's have my respect.

Captain Kick-Ass, I'm glad to see you slimming down...see you up north soon.

Match was really a great experience,everything I had been looking foward to for 2 months and more.

Thanks to Jacob,Lisa,Frank,Lindy,John and everyone else behind the scenes making it all happen.It was a Blast.

It is a huge bonus getting to meet people from all over the country,and I'm still amazed at how much the more experienced shooters will stop what they are doing to help the beginners in any way possible.You don't see this very often in a competitive sport.A great group of guys.

Thanks again to all the sponsors.The prize table was nothing short of amazing.I know when I spend my shooting dollars it will be with these companies.

Yes. And its not an LRF...its actually a laser guidance system. When paired with the new fin stabalized, cabonium sabot cored projectiles, the operator is capable of guiding the projectile onto target by making adjustments to the firing platform to ensure 100% hit ratio.

It is as secret squirrel as you can get...don't tell anyone.

You are asking the wrong question though, what you should be asking is...when does registration for the Cup open.

I am, of coarse, just kidding...well, not about registration, seriously, I need to ask off from work soon.

Well.... A variation of 4200 feet of DA in two days! [That, and team Michigan experienced a high of 85 degrees and a low of 14 degrees over the last day a half].

It was yet another great match, with realistic target sizes and some very tough competition from Oklahoma and Nebraska. It was also a pleasure to be squadded with and to learn from some of the top shooters.

Kevin, Rob, and Tony, we missed your antics - and that's just the antics we see when we watch you shoot.

Thanks, of course, to all the sponsors, but especially to Tom Manners who left a stock on the prize table for me.

Thanks also to Lisa's brother for another great meal: "Better than CB's" is what I heard said about it.

And a very special thank you to Jacob, Lisa, Frank, and Lindy, who spent countless days organizing and setting-up the match, executing the train-up, then four days and two nights of competition, and still took time to visit with the four of us after the match. Perhaps that's why leaving R.O. always feels to me a bit like leaving home.

I have all the scores posted for the 1st competition on the RO website. I have not had a chance to put up the second competition but hope to do that today. It shouldn't take me as long as the first one because I actually had to reenter data on the first comp. I'm still finalizing BASH stuff (5 days after the competition) so it hasn't been #1 on priority list
