and on my humble Teachers salary, i would be relinquished to being forced to eat dog food , for thats all i could afford if i were to ever try and purchase a quality scope granniealpo.jpg

and the closest ive ever been to a quality scope has been a Blister pack Tasco at the local walmart....but alas, even this was out of reach of my budget. 810mn5me0fL._SL1500_.jpg

and despite what ive been told all my life, my Rugged good looks have not been able to pay the bills (actual selfie, BTW) rs-158544-thor-624-1366729764.jpg

Good luck someone. I am not in need in anyway shape or form, hell i don't have time to use 1/2 the shit i have now.

Yep, this shit. Every time I open the safe and see where my last year's worth of overseas pay went, and realize I haven't used half of it I just smile a little bit that I have toys still in the wrapper.

Then a pressing financial need arises and I look at that same shit and start deciding what will the first to go.

Can we give it to the idiot next to me yesterday at the range, shooting his "highly accurate" mini 14? It was so accurate, they managed to shoot their chronograph not once, not twice, but three times. On second thought, never mind. It probably wouldn't stack up to his Nightforce scope "on his other rifle", though it would certainly surpass the Bushnell 3-9 POS he had on the Ruger...

Sorry, venting...

Bravo, Frank. Definitely not me, I neither rate it nor shoot well enough, or just plain shoot enough, to be an appropriate recipient. I get by pretty well enough with what I already have.

If I were giving it, I think I'd choose someone young enough to both get some advantage from better optics, and also be around long enough to use it lots, and pass it on afterward.
