A brand new Pardini SP 2021. I can't wait to take it to the range!!

First impression from dry fire practice;

The SSP was my second choice. But from reading and talking to an owner of a SSP, the Pardini seemed the better choice. Does yours give you any trouble?

I have the Pardini SP22 BE and you will love it. It shoots like a laser. I have a red dot installed on mine. My favorite 22 pistol. I have well over 5k rounds through mine. Absolutely zero issues with any SV/match ammo and it seems to shoot all of them well out to 25M. I do clean mine after each range visit. The trigger on mine is perfect. It’s adjustable to a crazy degree. When ordering mine, PardiniUSA asked how I liked my triggers and they adjusted mine to perfection. I have a Volquartsen Black Mamba TF on order but I highly doubt it will eclipse the Pardini. You have probably the finest target 22 ever made. I have owned the Benelli World Cup and a Hammerli 208. The Pardini is heads and shoulders a better shoot than those 22s. Here is a photo of mine. It’s a 2020 model. Get one of those mag loaders Your fingers will get sore after a while

No trouble. Shoots better than I do. I only have 1K rounds through it - just practicing, not competing. Added a Rink grip with a steeper angle than the factory grip, which is more comfortable to me.

This is what I recommend. If you shoot it a lot, pulling down on the tabs with your fingers will start to get sore after an extended range session. I bought mine off of eBay but I believe the same seller sells them on gunbroker where I found this pic. They are only 13 USD and I bought two of them. I haven’t worn the first one out after using it a ton. So unless you lose it, you will only need one. Here is a photo.

Luckily you're in Germany, that is illegal here, very illegal. No shoulder stocks on handguns, that would be an SBR (short barreled rifle, under 16").

Mike

It is very cool looking

I know! One of the few areas where our gun law is "better". Out of interest; if you went through the process of making something like this an SBR, would it still be legal to remove the stock again and shoot it as a pistol?

Yes. Adding the stock makes it very very scary and you need to pay taxes on it, as they were afraid of Dillinger and Clyde Darrow in 1934. The taxes kept anyone from shooting a cop or robbing a bank with a shotgun less than 18" barrel and a rifle with less than 16" barrel. Everyone felt much safer after that

Following up on this... I made a magazine that, in theory, could hold 10 rounds. Could. In Reality it can only hold 8 rounds. Two issues.

Number 1 issue; after the 8th round the cartridges start to nose dive. Impossible to feed. Wrong mag angle, straight mag. I may try to make a curved CZ mag work as next step, but issue number tow will most likely prevent success.

Issue number two: cartridge rim hangs up in the cutout for the mag release. As of now i don't have an idea that works, the mag is to narrow to add a slider or something like this. In fact the mag is so small that i have issues loading CCI ammo (which is apparently just a wee little longer).

But hey - 8 is more than 5 or 6.
