Actually his lawyers could make a pretty good argument that he is subject to "selective" and "malicious" prosecution" but they seem kinda incompetent
Thought this was already overturned by an appeal or some other higher Federal court. Something about it was the loaning bank’s responsibility to confirm the value of collateral, and the fact the loans were all paid back in full.
