Soft Comfort Animals

I'm trying something new this spring.
Since most of our current comfort animals are aged are there any recommendations out there to try?
I like birds as they are soft and low maintenance.

I did like Squirrels but I ate them this winter.
Suggestions?

Wrap them in duct tape.
They won't split when you fuck them.

Doesn't food give you comfort when you're hungry?
Generally the Skwerls are off limits but hey even the Russians brought a Pole along for food when times were bleak
