I have a left-handed Accurate Ordnance branded barreled action (made by Stiller) with the following specifications:
- Stainless steel body, matte oxide finish
- Spiral fluted 4140 one-piece bolt body assembly
- 8-40 Screws and dual pins on the Picatinny base (20-MOA standard)
- Modified M16 style extractor
- Side bolt release above stock line
- Fast-lock firing pin assembly
- Pinned recoil lug
The barrel is a 1:11 Brux in an AO Varmint contour finished at 23" (recoil lug to muzzle) with a knurled thread protector over 5/8-24 threads chambered in 308 Winchester. The barrel/action has 509 rounds through it and shoots the 175-185 grain projectiles very accurately. The barreled action was cerakoted black. Currently installed is a single stage Timney Calvin Elite Trigger currently set at 10oz but is user adjustable between 8 oz - 2 lb.
