This is the Fixed Stock to Fixed Chassis model, compatible with any of their chassis that take a removable buttstock (carbine or fixed). Product page has compatibility chart as well but it will include the "mini tube" threaded adapter which allows you to use it on a fixed or carbine chassis
Came with my new rifle but I had a Short SRS stock with the folding adapter, so the pictured stock has never been used.

Its is the factory Cerakote Black option, Model: SKU:102669-BLK with tool-less adjustment (thumb screws for tension, nut to adjust LOP and cheek riser, and buttpad)
