Sorry for the delayed response, but I didn't get notified of the replies. Yes it is available and can ship immediately. The only reason I am getting rid of it is because I got a complete auto throw/trickler set up.
 
Not a dumb question at all, it does not have grain measurement. I just converted the number using an online conversion. The display reads in 1/1000 of a gram (1.111) so the conversion is easily done down to the hundredth of a grain (1.11). For instance my 6.5 creed load is 41.8 grains. That conversion in grams is 2.708594.
I kept my balance readings between 2.707 2.710, this equates to my grains to be between 41.77 - 41.83 grains. More than accurate enough for me and probably most people I would guess.
