SAC .223AI Brux, Jewel, in McMillan Camo painted by CGC

New year and it's time to get rid of things I haven't touched in years.

Original Short Action Customs I ordered from Mark back ~2012.
  • Rem 700 Trued/blueprinted melonited action, with target bolt knob. It's a very smooth action, in between my Custis Axiom and Impact in terms of ease of movement.
  • Brux 20" 1:8tw barrel with 612 rounds on it, 6 flutes, threaded 1/2x28 with knurled cap. Contour: 1.170" at receiver, straight tapers to .0963 just before knurled cap.
  • Action & barrel cerakoted matte black. Fantastic with no scratches or marks. Just a small amount of rubbed off black on the bolt knob edge from being in the safe.
  • Farrell 10MOA scope base
  • Jewel trigger originally set at 2.5lbs, but I moved it down to about #1.
  • Logbook sheet with 612 rounds on it. (This was my "backup .223AI trainer" that I didn't use much).
  • Some of the early test rounds were 77gr. IMI Razor rounds, and they shot as well in .223 configuration as my handloads. (And maybe that says something bad about my handloading technique, or something good about Mark's builds!).
  • Includes one AICS .223 mag.
  • Shot lights out with 80 gr. SMK's ~2,773fps (see target photo, I can send you load data if you want it).
Very clean and hardly a mark on it.

Original cost was ~$4,100. Yours for $2,750 SOLD Keeping this one together due to the stock mating and will not split.

If you need a die, I have a Redding FL Bushing .223AI die for $75 (firm) you can add on. Looks like new, no bushing included. (See last photo)

Only trade is a Schmidt Bender 5-25 with GRID recticle in MRAD with rings. Paypal FF or Venmo (preferred). I will also do Postal Money order or certified checks on this one.
