The Spectre action is built like a tank and has an integrated 20 MOA scope rail. The bolt has the m16 extractor as well. I no longer have access to the footage, but these rifles were easily ringing the 1000y gong with a new shooter behind it. This was assembled by the original owner/operator of 5 Toes Custom in TX, I can provide more info if needed. $old for everything shipped to your FFL. No trades, and not parting out at this time
