I have a Brand new in box US Optics B-17 with the illuminated H59 reticle and internal bubble level, rapid focus eyepiece. The box is opened to take a look at the scope but it was never mounted. It is a really nice optic with fantastic glass but I am needing to sell quickly to move forward on a deal I've been looking for quite a while that isn't interested in trades. $3200 retail price, asking $1700, shipped and insured for full value. Paypal prefered, add 3% for fees if not F&F

If that offer is real you better jump on it. As a military member myself i have never seen them offer more than a 50% of MSRP, not street price, let alone 75% off like you are claiming.
