A Texas Lawmaker Said "My AR Is Ready For You" After Beto O'Rourke Supported Mandatory Buybacks Of Assault Weapons

nah, there is no BIAS to protect leftist thoughts and ideas, you all are just imagining tings...

Meanwhile i NJ a man was red flagged by his Doctor for getting angry . No threats , no violence indicated . Doc pissed him off so no guns for you . I will look for the link .

Yep, heard about that one a while back. Doc was a straight up coward cuck. The state is a straight up piece of shit... And the guy had violated PERSEC on several levels. Let his guard down too much.

1. You do NOT give your personal Facebook account to just random people, especially accounts that show you and your face along with guns.

2. You are NOT even supposed to make "personal" Facebook accounts. If you do have a FB account, it should only display your public info, like a job-search site account. Are you going to post on Monster or ZipRecruiter that you just took a huge shit or banged some hot chick last night?

3. You don't just talk to any person you meet about guns or subjects along these lines. Especially medical or other 'professionals' who you are not sure about their personal political stances.

4. Telling someone that you "know where they and their family lives" during a very heated argument is a rather stupid thing to say, especially now that the other person you thought you had been "buddies" with for the past year already have your personal Facebook info and knows that you own guns.

That guy is a dumbass who violated PERSEC on so many lines it is easy for anyone to take advantage of him. He was literally an open book. However, other than that, he had not really done anything "threatening". He made a vague comment over the phone to the doctor about knowing where he lived, but that was only under the context of suing him, which he did vow to do. There had been no actual physical threats.

ETA: FOUND IT...

Notice what gayboy is sitting on? How appropriate. Im wondering what the police response time to his home will be?

Brandon Ziobrowski, 35, was acquitted by a federal jury Friday for making threats against federal immigration agents via social media.

Honestly who cares. In my opinion threats should be investigated if they are that direct or have concrete merit otherwise, but I don't think they automatically make you guilty of a crime. Pursuing your threats would, surely, but again that needs to be investigated and proven. He found a grey area to prove a point, he wanted them to be proactive against his words to underline they are not simply reactive on the matter of free speech— essentially proving him right in his own retarded mind.

Does any member here live in the homos state. Red flag his ass if they have those stupid laws. No repercussions on you.

The police who live in these states and carry out theses red flag laws will shoot you dead when it come down to it. Might as well make them work for you while you can.

Your logic is flawed.

1) You want the law to be enforced based on some public servant's determination as to whether someone actually has the means or capability to follow through with a threat? Are we going to start issuing restraining orders by that same standard? What recourse is available to the victims (or friends/relatives of the victim) when the government gets it wrong? Plenty of people die every year because of the government's failure to act when a victim asks for help, and now you want to raise the bar even higher.

2) In this case, the solicitor's ability to carry out a murder is irrelevant. He posted a public message on a globally-viewable forum. All it takes is someone else to think he's serious, who IS capable of carrying out the act, for someone to get hurt.

How about we remove subjectivity from it and apply laws uniformly. If someone here posted a bounty for any politician or public servant that supports gun confiscation, they'd be locked up inside a day and I don't any reasonable person would be saying "He was just exercising his first amendment right!"

1. Did you read the article? It wasn't based on "some public servant" the guy went to fucking court because he was intentionally taunting and threatened the federal officer specifically because of the nature of his cases. He dragged himself into a quagmire to spite them, because he would have to be investigated at that point and it would raise a stink. I don't get why people can't understand that, this is exactly what he wanted. As far as what I want, I want to legally put a bullet in the head of anyone who openly attempts to hire someone to kill me, lol. What the solution in this situation is, however, would be a very different course.

2. Read the article, like I said his true intentions were pretty fucking clear. You're either autistic or geriatric if you can't see what he was doing, he has been dealt with appropriately and he has what he wanted now— publicity. Further punishment will give him more of what he wants, to highlight how the uniformity of the law can be brutish and overbearing.

In the end, I don't think words can hurt you at all. I think you should be able to yell fire in a theater until they kick you out if you so please, but I do consider publicly soliciting a murder as pursuance of a direct threat. Is that truly what this man was doing? I think that's VERY arguable from either side, and a proper investigation was warranted. This all played right into his smug little hands in either case.

One of the best that I read was a guy who said “A leftist can not simply live life. They must push the communist mandate on others.” True as true gets.
