As stated no kestryl, magneto speed 0r any kinda dope today.
Was shooting some handloads 308w 24" 10 twist barrel.
42gr of Imr 4064 in all loads today, lapua brass
1500 feet of elevation
Very windy I guess around 15mph
60 degrees with the sunshine
On target with the second shot.
175 smk 5 shots grouped well just right of center 20x20 target. I used the big target because I am using 4 different bullets.
First group 175 smk grouped right of bullseye
Second group 168 speer hpbt, 3' short of target .
Third group 175 matchburners , grouped close to smk just left a little more.
Fourth group 175 rdf half moa high and got some horizontal spread worse than group 1 and 3.
The smk and barnes are seated 2.850 bergers 2.950.
I know why they group different just wanted to see with my own eyes. POA was the same for all shots.
BtW I believe I went up 25moa, sound right?
