Very Nice!!! We leave tomorrow for our annual axis hunt hope we get to see some nice ones this weekend.
Nice genetics you have in your herd, loved the pics thanks for sharing it with us. Besides boar and knife axis are my next favorite to hunt.

The Spanish Gourd Ranch is West of San Antonio 145 miles, near del Rio TX.
There have been a few Hiders out for some good hunting. We offer all inclusive package hunts on these and other species.
December 2009 a hunter from MO killed the 27th ranked free range Axis buck 148" SCI
NoMag took a 137" last spring, I think the video is up on here somewhere.

I just checked out their website, not much info. But I looked at some of the photos and I just might have to book a hunt to get one of them bearded goats (Audad). Didn't Jered from APA win / earn a hunt there?

Sorry RJ the head of our IT department "my brother in law" is too busy chasing the elusive, but often caught, 2 legged beaver to finish building a proper web site.
Jered won a Blackbuck hunt at SHC 2010 and we worked a sweet deal on the goat.
best way to get info about a hunt is to give me a ring or drop me a pm/ email.

Man RJ you need to go just for the fajitas. Get those out of the way first. Then tell them you want to everything on the ranch. Keith will work his ass off to get you on whatever you are looking for and is honest and up front about what his has and its availability (that's rare).

Thanks Jered I read that story of yours about the hunt down there. I sent Keith an email, looking forward to getting down their and bagging something different than an Elk or a Mule deer.
