South Jersey matches

I live in South Jersey the over congested land of librals..
I want to start shooting more matches than the crappy high power matches with the older folks :/

So the problem is no where to shoot past 300, fellow south Jersey/Philly fellas where do you all shoot? Does anyone have land or friends with land where shooting permission is granted?
What matches do you guys shoot and where?

Check out Mason Dixon PRS. There are a fair amount of Northeastern matches in the region - University Rifle Club, New Holland, Mayberry, etc.

Those are definitely closer to me for sure. I guess part of my search was finding somewhere to shoot at distance other than just at a match..
I don't know about others but is that their only time they get practice out to 6-700 yards. In the north east especially it's hard to find that kinda range.

My range has a Max of 300 yards and and the only way to make that challenging now is to use invisible targets or shoot with my eyes closed lol

I'm not the best shooter in the world but anyone would get bored of it after awhile

Most of us are members at either University or New Holland. They might be 2 or so hours from you but they go to 6-700 yards.

Lots of guys that have land out towards central PA that go even further too, but those are a haul.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think my above words were little too confident, if that's the right word lol.
I went out this Sunday and although yes I want to have the room to shoot further. There is always a way to make it not boring by doing stuff that's just harder. All I brought were my 1 and 3 in plates and just ran at it. It was a lot more fun for sure

But thanks for the replies. I really gotta find a place with in an hour that's would work but it's gonna be tough i see. I might be better off just buying land in PA lol
